The Free plan is good for you if you are just looking for a way to digitise your audit process. Also, its good if you do a few inspections every month.The Small/Medium plan is the best if you want the complete solution, unlimited audits, and you want to add as many users as you want.
The Enterprise plan provides you with a plethora of features like value added services, full tech suite, dedicated customer manager, and complete support.

If you have a free account, then you have a user limit of 10. In the Small/Medium plan and the Enterprise plan you can have as many users as you want.

Yes! You can get a free trial of our Small/Medium plan for 10 days. We will collect your payment information before just to ensure that we offer you a smooth transition from the trial period to the paid plan. If you don’t think it suits you, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends. We won’t charge you anything.

The web and mobile app don’t cost you anything extra. It all comes in a neat package bundled up for you. There are no hidden, additional charges.

Yes. The administrator has the authorisation to remove and add individuals. Please login: UrAudits Dashboard As you have paid for the user license, you can remove the old details and replace him with the new employee with his details

Yes, “action plans” can be deleted. Please visit the “Dashboard” to make the changes. FYI - Action Plans / Tasks Assignee’s are unlimited on the Enterprise package. (No limits)

“Action Plans” is available for all, Internal and external to the company. It will be available only for the auditor / task assignee / administrator to see.

The purpose of UrAudits is to promote teamwork ensuring you can reach high standards. The UrAudits App allows you to share the data you want them to see.

Yes, we are well aware that there are people in contact but are not available on UrAudits, they can send the action task by a click on share action to an external member.
